手术室保温护理干预在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用

Application of thermal insulation nursing intervention in operating room for patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨手术室保温护理干预在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用价值。方法选取妇科腹腔镜手术患者66例为研究对象,根据护理干预方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组实施妇科腹腔镜手术室常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上施以保温护理。观察两组不同时间点体温,记录麻醉后监测治疗室(PACU)滞留时间、气管插管拔出时间、完全清醒时间,以及术中低体温和术后并发症发生情况。结果麻醉前,两组体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中、术毕、术后2h,观察组体温均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PACU滞留时间、气管插管拔出时间及完全清醒时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中低体温发生率和术后并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室保温护理用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者,可促进患者术后麻醉复苏,降低术中低体温风险及术后并发症风险,值的临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application value of thermal insulation nursing intervention in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 66 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing intervention methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in gynecological laparoscopic operating room,while the observation group received thermal insulation nursing on the basis of the control group.The body temperature of the two groups was observed at different time points.The retention time of PACU,tracheal intubation withdrawal time and full awake time after anesthesia were recorded,as well as the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative complications.Results Before anesthesia,there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).During operation,at the end of operation and 2 h after operation,the body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PACU retention time,tracheal intubation withdrawal time and full awake time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative hypothennia and postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difierences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room thermal insulation nursing for gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients can promote postoperative anesthesia resuscitation,reduce the risk of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative complications,clinical promotion and application of value.
