患者价值共创行为现状及其影响因素研究

A Study of the Current State of Patient Value Co-creation Behavior and Its Influencing Factors

研究使用基于DART模型的患者价值共创行为量表对广州市某大型三甲医院的患者进行问卷调查。通过分析发现637名被调查者价值共创行为标准化总得分为82.79,四个维度的评分中,透明性维度评分最高,获取维度评分最低。多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度是影响患者价值共创行为的重要因素,初中以上文化程度的患者评分高于初中及以下文化程度的患者。患者自身应加强对医疗卫生知识的辨识理解,医护人员应提高沟通技能,引导患者参与,提高患者参与价值共创的能力。

A cross-sectional survey was conducted with patients of a tertiary-level hospital in Guangzhou,China.Patient value co-creation behavior scale based on the DART model was used to measure patient value co-creation behavior.The total standardized score of 637 patients'value co-creation behavior was 82.79.Among the scores of four dimensions that consisted of patient value co-creation behavior,the transparency dimension had the highest score while the access dimension had the lowest score.Multiple linear regression showed that education level was an important factor influencing patient value co-creation behavior.Patients with middle school education or above had higher self-rated score than those with lower education level.Therefore,patients themselves should enhance their understanding of health care.For the health care professionals'part,they should improve their communication skills in order to instruct patients to participate during treatment and improve patients'ability to engage in value co-creation.
