《黄帝内经》是我国现存最早的医学典籍,其内容折射出生命至上、医术过硬、因人而治、教学相长等富含恒久价值的重要理念,在当代医学教育中具有指导意义。从20世纪80年代起,对此研究先后经历了理论体系、学术思想、临床应用、多学科融合及教育教学改革等的演进,其成果显著且颇具特色。通过分析梳理《黄帝内经》蕴含的医学教育观点,探究与挖掘它在医德仁心的淬炼、全民健康的实现,以及人文素养与医史教学培育中的现代价值,补益于当代医学教育认识与实践。

Huangdi Neijing is the earliest existing medical classic in China.Its content reflects the important concepts with lasting value,such as the life first,proficient medical skills,individualizing treatment,and mutually-beneficial teaching and learning,etc.It is of guiding significance in contemporary medical education.Since the 1980s,this research has experienced the evolution of theoretical system,academic thought,clinical application,multidisciplinary integration,education and teaching reform,and its achievements are remarkable and distinctive.This paper analyzes and combs the medical education viewpoints contained in Huangdi Neijing,and explores its modern value in the refining of medical ethics and benevolence,the realization of national health,and the cultivation of humanistic quality and medical history education,which will benefit the understanding and practice of contemporary medical education.
