高校档案管理信息化建设的现状与探讨

Current Situation and Exploration&Discussion on the Informatization Construction of University Archival Management

档案信息化是国家信息化战略在档案领域的具体体现,是档案事业发展的战略目标。作为档案管理单位应采用现代化信息技术强化信息化思维,更好把握新时代档案管理工作的时代性、针对性、有效性。近年来,中央先后提出建设“数字中国”、“网络强国”、“智慧社会”等一系列信息化建设目标。信息化建设已上升为国家战略,成为提高综合国力和国际竞争力的重要手段。在推动经济社会发展和满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要方面,发挥越来越重要的作用。习总书记指出:“信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势”、“要善于运用互联网技术和信息化手段开展工作”。档案管理工作应不断适应数字档案活动的发展变化,提升档案管理水平和服务效率,实施互联网+服务等信息工程,最大限度地满足社会档案需求是档案信息化建设的主要目的。本文以档案管理工作中的实践战略探讨档案管理资源信息化建设的几点认识。

Archives informatization is the concrete embodiment of the national informatization strategy in the field of archives,and it is the strategic goal of the development of archives cause.As an archival management unit,it should adopt modern information technology to strengthen the informatization thinking,and better grasp the times,pertinence and effectiveness of archival management in the new era.In recent years,the central government has put forward a series of informatization construction goals,such as building a"digital China","network power"and"smart society".Informatization construction has been upgraded to a national strategy,and has become an important means to improve the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.It is playing an increasingly important role in promoting the economic and social development and meeting the people's ever-growing needs for a better life."Informatization is the general trend of today's world economic and social development","we should be good at using the Internet technology and informatization means to carry out the work".Archival management work should adapt constantly to the development and change of digital archives activities,improve the level of archival management and service efficiency,implement the Internet+service and other information projects.It is the main purpose of archives informatization construction to meet the demand of social archives to the greatest extent.This paper discusses on the informatization construction of archival management resources in the practice of archival management.
