三氯苯类混合溶液标准物质的研制 被引量:1

摘要 以1,2,3-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯三种纯度标准物质为原料,采用重量–容量法配制甲醇中三氯苯混合溶液标准物质。采用气相色谱–质谱法对该标准物质进行定性核验,采用气相色谱法对该标准物质进行均匀性、稳定性评定。结果表明,该标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性。甲醇中三氯苯混合溶液标准物质特性量值:1,2,3-三氯苯的质量浓度为101 mg/L,相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2);1,2,4-三氯苯的质量浓度为102 mg/L,相对扩展不确定度为3%(k=2);1,3,5-三氯苯的质量浓度为100 mg/L,相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2)。该标准物质可用于水环境中三氯苯类物质含量的准确性检测,以及气相色谱–质谱联用仪的校准。 Three purity reference materials of 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene,1,2,4-trichlorobenzene and 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene were used as raw materials,the reference materials of trichlorobenzene mixed solution in methanol were prepared by weight volume method.The reference material was qualitatively verified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry,and the uniformity and stability of the reference material were evaluated by gas chromatography.The results showed that the reference material had good uniformity and stability.The characteristic quantity values of the standard material of trichlorobenzene mixed solution in methanol is as follows:the mass concentration of 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene was 101 mg/L,and the relative expanded uncertainty was 2%(k=2);the mass concentration of 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene was 102 mg/L,and the relative expanded uncertainty was 3%(k=2);the mass concentration of 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene was 100 mg/L,and the relative expanded uncertainty was 2%(k=2).The reference material can be used for the accurate detection of trichlorobenzenes in water environment and the calibration of gas chromatography–mass spectrometry.
