摘要
建立可用于油品中硫化氢快速液相萃取法测定仪进行量值溯源的校准方法。根据GB/T 34101—2017中要求的硫化氢测定仪器的工作原理和使用要求,提出可行的校准项目并进行分析:零值误差为0.004 mg/kg,加热器温度示值误差为0.26℃,空气流量示值误差为1.3 mL/min,硫化氢检测器测量示值误差为–0.5%,测量示值误差为–3.0%,测量重复性为0.098 mg/kg。示值误差测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.12 mg/kg(k=2)。
A calibration method was established for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in oil by rapid liquid phase extraction.Feasible calibration items were proposed and analyzed according to the working principle and use requirements of hydrogen sulfide determination instrument as required in GB/T 34101—2017.The zero value error was 0.004 mg/kg,the heater temperature error was 0.26℃,the air flow rate error was 1.3 mL/min,the hydrogen sulfide detector measurement error was–0.5%,the measurement error was–3.0%,and the measurement repeatability was 0.098 mg/kg.The uncertainty of the measurement results was evaluated,and the extended uncertainty was 0.12 mg/kg(k=2).
