黄土高原干旱区关川河“河长制”管理信息系统设计与应用

摘要 “河长制”管理信息系统是实现“河长制”从全面建立阶段转换到全面见效阶段的必要桥梁,结合计算机、遥感、视频监控等现代信息技术,从水文水资源、水质、物理结构、视频监控、数据查询和后台管理6个模块研究黄土高原干旱区关川河“河长制”管理信息系统的设计和应用,分析关川河的洪水流量、生态流量、水质特征、河流弯曲程度、河岸带植被覆盖度等变化情况,以期加强关川河流域管理,促进河流永续利用。 “River chief system”management information system is a necessary bridge to realize the transition of“river chief”system from the stage of comprehensive establishment to the stage of full effect.This paper studied the design and application of"river chief system"man⁃agement information system of Guanchuan River in arid area of Loess Plateau from six modules of hydrologic water resources,water quality,physical structure,video monitoring,data query and background management,combined with computer,remote sensing,video monitoring and other modern information technology.At the same time,this paper had analyzed the flood flow,ecological flow,water quality characteris⁃tics,river curve degree,riparian vegetation coverage and other changes of the Guanchuan River,in order to strengthen the management of the Guanchuan river basin and promote the sustainable use of the river.
