腹型肥胖人群的中医干预技术研究

Study on the TCM intervention technology for abdominal obesity

目的通过对腹型肥胖人群给予中医健康管理方案,观察干预前后体质量指数及腰臀比等指标的变化,验证在治疗方面增加中医健康管理方案的重要性。方法将2020年1月-2021年12月在长春中医药大学附属医院治未病中心体检的腹型肥胖人群52例,按照随机分组法分为治疗组与对照组,各26例。2组均给予健康生活方式干预,治疗组给予中医健康管理方案,疗程为12周,观察治疗前后体质量指数及腰臀比等相关指标。结果治疗组的腰臀比、体质量指数判定均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予健康生活方式干预后,可以有效降低腹型肥胖人群体质量指数及腰臀比,控制腹型肥胖人群体质量,验证了在治疗方面增加中医健康管理方案的重要性。

Objective To observe the changes of the body mass indexes(BMI)and waist-hip ratio(WHR)before and after the intervention of a TCM health management program for abdominal obesity,and to verify its signifi cance in the intervention of the syndrome.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,52 people with abdominal obesity who underwent physical examinations in the hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 26 persons in each group.Both groups were given healthy lifestyle interventions,while the treatment group was given the TCM health management program as well,both for 12 weeks.The body mass indexes and waist hip ratios were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The waist-hip ratios and body mass indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM health management program can eff ectively reduce the body mass indexes and the waist-hip ratio of people with abdominal obesity,control their body mass,which verifi es the signifi cance of applying the TCM health management program in the intervention of the syndrome.
