吴力群多维度辨治儿童肺系疾病的临证思路

Professor Wu Liqun's clinical thinking of multi-dimensional syndrome differentiation andtreatment of children's lung diseases

吴力群教授根据五脏系统,天人相应等中医理论,结合小儿生理病理特点,经过长期临床实践,认为恢复小儿肺脏生理功能为治病核心要义,提出治疗小儿肺系疾病的3个维度。即针对肺脏单独为病者,注重恢复肺脏清虚;针对肺脏兼别脏为病者,协调肺脏与脾脏、心脏、肾脏、肝脏之间的平衡;针对岁金之太过与不及加于人身脏腑且使之失和者,“抑其太过、扶其不及”以调和之,促进人与自然的和谐统一。

Based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine such as the five internal organs system and the correspondence between the human body and natural environment,taking into account the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,and after long-term clinical practice,Professor Wu Liqun argues that restoring the physiological function of children's lung is the core of treating lung diseases in children,and puts forward three dimensions for their treatment.Namely,in cases where the lung alone falls ill,the treatment should be focused on restoring the lung's nature of being clear and empty.While in cases where the lung falls ill together with the other organs,the treatment should be accomplished by coordinating the balance between the lung and the spleen,heart,kidney and liver.While in cases where the purifi cation and descending function of the lung is too excessive or too defi cient,having an impact on the other zang-fu viscera and resulting in a disharmony between them,the treatment should be coordinating their harmony by"suppressing its excess or invigorating its deficiency",promoting the harmony and unity between the human body and natural environment.
