摘要
目的对风冷式光谱冲击波(失眠)治疗仪治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效进行观察。方法随机将120例心脾两虚型失眠患者分为2组,治疗仪组(n=60)采用风冷式光谱冲击波(失眠)治疗仪治疗;针刺组(n=60)采用传统针刺治疗。结果治疗仪组有效率为93.3%,显效率为83.3%;针刺组有效率为81.7%,显效率为65.0%。2组显效率、有效率对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两者治疗后PSQI评分均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗仪组疗效优于针刺组(P<0.01);治疗仪组依从率为96.7%;针刺组依从率为83.3%,2组依从率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风冷式光谱冲击波(失眠)治疗仪是一款新型失眠治疗仪器,用其治疗心脾两虚型失眠有明确的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effi cacy of the air-cooled spectral shockwave therapeutic instrument(insomnia)in the treatment of insomnia with the syndrome of both heart and spleen defi ciency.Methods A total of 120 insomnia patients with the syndrome of both heart and spleen defi ciency were randomly divided into two groups.The instrument group(n=60)was treated with the air-cooled spectral shockwave therapeutic instrument(insomnia),while the acupuncture group(n=60)was treated with acupuncture.Results The eff ective rate of the instrument group was 93.3%,and its marked improvement rate was 83.3%.In the acupuncture group,the eff ective rate was 65%,and its marked improvement rate was 58.3%.There were significant differences with regard to their eff ective rate and marked improvement rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of both groups were decreased signifi cantly after treatment(P<0.01),and the instrument group was better than the acupuncture group(P<0.01).The compliance rate of the instrument group was 96.7%,while the compliance rate of the acupuncture group was 83.3%,with a signifi cant diff erence between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The air-cooled spectral shockwave therapeutic instrument(insomnia)is a new type of insomnia therapeutic device,which has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of insomnia with the syndrome of both heart and spleen defi ciency.
