淫羊藿及其相关提取物质治疗股骨头坏死疗效及机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 对近些年有关淫羊藿及其相关提取物质治疗股骨头坏死的治疗效果以及分子机制进行综述。在临床研究和动物实验中,淫羊藿、淫羊藿苷以及联合运用其他疗法在治疗股骨头坏死方面取得了很好的疗效,其治疗的作用机制可能与MAPKs通路、Notch信号通路等有关。但目前关于淫羊藿治疗股骨头坏死仍存在很多问题,今后研究应需设计大规模严谨性强的临床试验以探究其具体效果,并且淫羊藿及其复合物还需大规模方药量效验证。今后相关研究应反映中医辨证论治的理论以及中医诊治的前瞻性。 This paper reviews the therapeutic effects and molecular mechanisms of epimedium herb and its related extracts in the treatment of femoral head necrosis in recent years.In clinical studies and animal experiments,epimedium herb,icariin and other therapies in combination have achieved good efficacy in the treatment of femoral head necrosis,whose mechanisms are believed to be related to the MAPKs pathway,Notch signaling pathway,etc.However,there are still many questions regarding the treatment of femoral head necrosis with the herb,calling for large-scale and rigorous clinical trials to be designed to explore its specific effects in future studies.In addition,the therapeutic eff ects of epimedium herb and its compounds also need to be verifi ed by large-scale trials on their relevant prescriptions,compatibility with other herbs and their dose-eff ect relations.The future research is supposed to refl ect the TCM theory of"treatment based on syndrome diff erentiation"and the foresight of TCM diagnosis and treatment.
