摘要
目的构建中医智能健康护理管理需求模式问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法通过理论分析、半结构式访谈形成问卷的初始条目池,通过德尔菲专家函询法形成问卷初稿。对30名患者进行预调查,并进行语言逻辑修订。对412例患者进行正式调查,通过方差分析对一般资料进行分析,通过条目分析修订条目,采用SPSS、Amos软件对问卷进行信效度分析。结果2轮函询专家的积极性系数分别为90.90%和75.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.89和0.86,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.150和0.231。通过专家函询和预调查,形成正式版问卷,包含4个维度共29个条目。正式调查共发放425份问卷,有效问卷412份,有效率96.94%。除慢性病之外(P=0.008);其余项目的单因素方差分析显示,F为0.122~2.048(P>0.05);条目分析中相关系数r为0.725~0.833(P<0.001),区分度系数为13.629~21.024(P<0.001);各条目内容效度为0.867~1.000,总问卷的内容效度为0.956;卡方比自由度为4.720、比较拟合优度指数为0.879、Tucker-Lewis指数为0.867、近似误差均方和平方根为0.095、均方根残差为0.021、递增拟合指数为0.879、简约良性拟合指数为0.654、简约规范拟合指数为0.778;问卷的Cronbach′sα系数为0.974,分半信度系数为0.937。结论中医智能健康护理管理需求模式问卷具有良好信效度,可用来测试慢性病患者对于此种健康管理模式的需求。
Objective To construct the demand model questionnaire for intelligent health nursing management of tradition Chinese medicine by cellphone APP and test its reliability and validity.Methods The initial item pool was developed through theoretical analysis and semi-structure interviews,and the draft questionnaire was formed through Delphi expert letter consultation.A total of 30 patients were selected to conduct a pilot test for language logic revision,and 412 patients were recruited to conduct the formal test.The one-way analysis of variance was performed to analyze the general information,the items were revised by item analysis,and the reliability and validity of questionnaire were analysis by using SPSS and AMOS software.Results The experts'positive coefficients,authoritative coefficients,and Kendall's coordination coefficients for the first round of consultation were 90.90%,0.89,and 0.150,respectively,and those for the second round of consultation were 75.00%,0.86,and 0.231,respectively.Through expert consultation and pre-survey,a formal questionnaire was formed,containing 29 items in 4 dimensions.A total of 425 questionnaires were issued in the formal survey,and 412 questionnaires were valid with an efficiency of 96.94%.Except for chronic diseases(P=0.008),the one-way analysis of variance for the remaining items showed that F values were 0.122-2.048(P>0.05);r values of the correlation coefficient in item analysis were 0.725-0.833(P<0.001),and the discrimination coefficients were 13.629-21.024(P<0.001);the content validity of each item was 0.867-1.000,and the content validity of the total questionnaire was 0.956;χ2/df was 4.720,CFI was 0.879,Tucker-Lewis index(TLI)was 0.867,RMSEA was 0.095,RMR was 0.021,IFI was 0.879,PGFI was 0.654,and PNFI was 0.778;the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.974,and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.937.Conclusion The questionnaire for demand model of intelligent health nursing management of tradition Chinese medicine by cellphone APP has good reliability and validity,and can be used to test the needs of chronic disease patients for this health management model.
