基于智慧病房床旁交互系统的视频宣教对唤醒手术语言功能区胶质瘤患者的干预效果研究

Intervention effects of video education based on bedside intelligent interactive system in patients underwent awake surgery for glioma in language functional area

目的探讨基于智慧病房床旁交互系统的视频宣教对唤醒手术语言功能区胶质瘤患者的干预效果。方法于2018年8月-2020年1月,选取北京天坛医院神经外科收治的100例拟接受唤醒手术的语言功能区胶质瘤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组接受脑胶质瘤唤醒手术围术期常规健康宣教,观察组接受基于智慧病房床旁交互系统的视频宣教。分别在干预前后采用语言功能评测报告、汉密尔顿焦虑及抑郁量表评估患者的语言功能、负性情绪,出院时采用护理满意度调查表评估患者住院满意度,并统计住院总天数。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分及平均住院日均低于对照组,语言功能得分和满意度得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于智慧病房床旁交互系统的视频宣教干预效果显著,可进一步在临床实践中推广运用。

Objective To explore the effects of video education based on bedside intelligent interactive system in patients underwent awake surgery for glioma in language functional area.Methods A total of 100 patients from Beijing Tiantan Hospital,who suffered glioma involving language functional and underwent awake surgery,were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).The observation group received video education based on bedside interactive education system,while the control group received routine health education during perioperative care.The language function evaluation report and Hamilton Anxiety and Depression scale were used to evaluate the patients'language function and negative emotion before and after the intervention.At the time of discharge,the patients'hospitalization satisfaction was evaluated by the nursing satisfaction questionnaire,and the total days of their hospitalization were counted.Results The scores of anxiety and depression,and average hospitalization days in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of language function and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of video education based on bedside intelligent interactive system has an significant effect,which can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
