摘要
数据中心由IT设备、制冷系统、供配电系统、照明及其他设备构成。对数据中心各组成部分的能耗占比进行分析后发现,制冷系统用电量已与IT设备相当,占总用电量的比例高达43%。随着数据中心的密度越来越高,面临的散热挑战也越来越大。本研究从数据中心制冷方式出发,阐述常规数据中心的自然冷却方式,并对浸没式、冷板式和喷淋式3种液冷技术进行分析,对液冷技术的关键问题进行探讨。液冷技术在降低数据中心PUE的同时,在成本管控、设计标准和对冷却液的兼容性研究上也应逐步跟进。
The data center consists of IT equipment,refrigeration systems,power supply and distribution⁃systems,lighting and other equipment.For each component of the data center.After analyzing the propor⁃tion of energy consumption,it is found that the power consumption of refrigeration system is equivalent to that of IT equipment,accounting for 43%of the total power consumption.With the increasing density of data centers,the heat dissipation challenges are also increasing.Starting from the data center cooling method,this study expounds the natural cooling method of conventional data center,and analyzes three types of liquid cooling:immersion liquid cooling,cold plate liquid cooling,spray cold plate.The technical form is discussed,and the key issues of liquid cooling technology are discussed.While reducing data center PUE,liquid cooling technology should also be gradually followed up on cost control,design stan⁃dards,and coolant compatibility studies.
