Application of BIM Cloud Technology in the Construction of Large-Scale Public Buildings

医院作为大型公共建筑,建筑结构复杂,使用功能要求高,通过BIM云技术进行全生命周期管理,基于BIM模型、互联网及云计算技术的集成应用,将工程项目管理方式由传统的点对点沟通转变为基于BIM云技术的多方协同工作,提高项目管理效率。本研究阐述了BIM云技术在长乐区人民医院项目全生命周期管理中的应用,论述了BIM云技术的重要性。

As a large-scale public building,the hospital has complex structure and high requirement of using functions,based on the integrated application of BIM model,Internet and cloud computing tech⁃nology,the project management mode is changed from traditional point-to-point communication to multi-party cooperation based on BIM cloud technology,improve the efficiency of project management.This study expounds the application of BIM cloud technology in the project life cycle management of Changle People's Hospital,and discusses the importance of BIM cloud technology.
