PTFE纤维专用梳理机的设计与试验

摘要 针对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维易聚集电荷,静电压高,抱合力小,可纺性差等问题,设计了PTFE纤维专用梳理机。使用2台PTFE纤维专用梳理机和2台交叉铺网机组成的梳理铺网机组,进行PTFE纤维梳理铺网试验,并以输出纤网的面密度、纤网不匀率及产能等作为评价指标。结果表明:PTFE专用梳理机能实现纯PTFE纤维的梳理和纤网的输出;设计的梳理铺网机组输出的纤网面密度为350 g/m^(2),纤网不匀率仅2.25%,产能在88 m^(2)/h。PTFE纤维专用梳理机的设计能为梳理易聚集电荷且静电压高的纤维提供一定的参考。 A special carding machine for PTFE fibers is designed aiming at the problems of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)fibers,such as easy charge accumulate and high static voltage,low cohesion and poor spinnability,etc.A carding and laying unit consisting of 2 special carding machines and 2 cross lappers was used for PTFE fibers carding and laying test.And the surface density,unevenness of fiber web and production capacity were taken as the evaluation indexes.The results showed that,the special carding machine for PTFE fibers could realize the carding of pure PTFE fibers and the output of fiber web.The surface density of fiber web output by the designed carding and laying unit was 350 g/m^(2),the unevenness rate of fiber web was only 2.25%,and the production capacity was 88 m^(2)/h.The design of special carding machine for PTFE fibers can provide a certain reference for carding fibers with easy charge accumulation and high static voltage.
