摘要
对乌拉草提取液上染纯棉非织造布的工艺进行研究。探讨提取温度、提取时间和料液比对乌拉草提取液提取效果的影响。采用乌拉草提取液上染纯棉非织造布,考察染色温度、染色时间、浴比、染液pH值及媒染方式和媒染剂用量对非织造布染色性能的影响。结果表明:当提取温度为95℃、提取时间为120 min、料液比为1∶25时,获得的乌拉草提取液吸光度值大,提取效果好。采用后媒染方式上染纯棉非织造布,在染色温度为85℃,染色时间为60 min,染液pH值为6,浴比为1∶40及媒染剂硫酸铝钾质量浓度为6 g/L时,可获得具有良好染色牢度、耐磨性、强度以及吸水性能的纯棉非织造布,同时其液态水分管理能力大幅提升。经乌拉草提取液染色的纯棉非织造布对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定的抑制作用。
The process of pure cotton nonwovens dyed with Urgrass extracts was studied.The influence of extraction temperature,extraction time and liquid ratio on the extraction efficiency of the Urgrass was discussed.Then pure cotton nonwovens were dyed with Urgrass extracts,and the effect of dyeing temperature,dyeing time,bath ratio,pH value of dye liquid and mordant dosages on the dyeing properties of the nonwovens were investigated.The results showed that when the extraction temperature was 95℃,extraction time was 120 min and liquid ratio was 1∶25,the absorbance value of the Urgrass extracts was large and the extraction effect was good.Post mordant dyeing was proper for dyeing pure cotton nonwoven.When the dyeing temperature was 85℃,dyeing time was 60 min,pH value of dye liquid was 6,bath ratio was 1∶40,and mass concentration of aluminum sulfate was 6 g/L,pure cotton nonwovens with good dyeing fastness,wear resistance,strength and absorbent ability could be obtained.Meanwhile,the liquid water management ability of pure cotton nonwovens were greatly improved.Pure cotton nonwovens dyed with Urgrass extracts had a certain inhibitory effect on E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
