摘要
本文结合《静脉用药调配中心建设与管理指南》要求和PIVAS工作特点,梳理出药学人员培训管理体系的框架与内容。培训模式主要为岗前培训、在岗培训与继续教育相统一;培训内容为专业理论与操作技能相结合;其中,岗前培训为不少于2周的全脱产形式,培训内容主要为PIVAS概况、文化建设、管理制度、岗位职责、基础理论及基本操作技能等;在岗培训主要为专业技能的深入和强化培训,内容依岗位而定,培训周期应不少于10周;继续教育包括每年常规培训学习安排及个人专业提升学习计划等。PIVAS药学人员培训管理体系的建立与实施是保障培训工作规范、系统开展的前提,对进一步提高临床静脉药物合理应用水平,促进我国静脉用药集中调配工作高质量发展具有重要意义。
This paper sorted out the framework and content of the training management system for pharmacy personnel based on the requirements of the Guidelines and the characteristics of PIVAS.The main training mode is the unity of pre-job training,on-job training and continuing education.The training content is the combination of professional theory and operation skills.Among them,the pre-job training is not less than 2 weeks of full-time work,and the training content mainly covers PIVAS overview,cultural construction,management system,job responsibilities,basic theories,and basic operation skills,etc.On-job training is mainly for in-depth and intensive training of professional skills,the content depends on the position,the training period should be no less than 10 weeks.Continuing education includes annual regular training,learning arrangements and personal professional enhancement study plans.The establishment and implementation of pharmacy personnel training management system in intravenous dispensing center is the premise of ensuring the standardization and systematic development of training.which is of great significance to further improve the rational application level of clinical intravenous drugs and promote the highquality development of centralized deployment of intravenous drugs in our country.
