国内贸易壁垒与企业出口二元边际

Domestic Trade Barriers and Dual Marginality of Exporters

本文从经典的贸易理论出发,将研究视角聚焦于国内市场,通过分析国内产品市场整合对企业出口增长的作用机制,从微观层面揭示当前以内循环为主的发展战略对于出口的影响。研究发现,国内贸易壁垒下降带来的国内市场整合会促使出口企业在收缩产品出口集约边际的同时扩大出口扩展边际,以维持其在国际市场的影响力。这种二元边际策略的转换对于规模较大和轻型制造业企业更加明显;同时,国内市场整合引致企业出口转内销的效果主要来自规模较小的企业。进一步地,国内市场整合在不改变企业出口产品平均质量的情况下,会显著降低企业出口产品的平均价格,并促使质量相近企业之间的价格水平实现趋同,最终推动出口市场资源配置效率的提升。

Starting from the classic trade theory,this paper focuses on the domestic market from the perspective of research.By analyzing the mechanism of the domestic product market integration on the export growth of enterprises,it reveals the impact of the current domestic economy-based development strategy on exports from the micro level.This paper finds that the domestic market integration brought about by the decline of domestic trade barriers will prompt export enterprises to expand the expansion margin of exports while shrinking the intensive margin of product exports,so as to maintain export enterprises’influence in the international market.The conversion of this dual marginality strategy plays more obvious role in large and light manufacturing enterprises;and at the same time,the effect of domestic market integration altering exports to domestic sales mainly comes from small enterprises.Furthermore,domestic market integration will significantly reduce the average price of enterprises’export products without changing the average quality of the export products,and promote the convergence of price levels among enterprises of similar quality,and ultimately promote the efficiency of resource allocation in the export market.
