CHEN Xinyu’s Experience in Using Guizhi Decoction

桂枝汤是张仲景所创,被誉为“群方之首”,具有调和营卫之功。陈新宇教授根据多年看诊经验总结出“四时调阳”理论,认为疾病的发生主要是因阴阳失衡引起,而阳气在阴阳中占主导地位,故治疗疾病因时时顾护阳气,从阳论治。陈教授认为桂枝汤为调理阴阳之基础方,不仅可从营卫调和阴阳,更能顾护中焦,疏理肝脾,疏通全身气血。文章从营卫、脾胃、肝胆三方面阐述陈教授临床运用桂枝汤经验,为治疗提供思路。

Guizhi Decoction was created by Zhang Zhongjing,and has the effct to reconcile Ying and Wei,known as"the leader of the decoctions".Professor Chen Xinyu summed up the theory of"adjusting yang in four seasons"based on years of outpatient clinic experience.He believes that the occurrence of diseases is mainly caused by the imbalance of yin and yang,and yang qi is dominant in yin and yang.Therefore,the treatment of diseases is to protect the yang qi at all times,and treat according to the yang theory.Professor Chen believes that Guizhi Decoction is the basic formula for regulating yin and yang.It can not only reconcile yin and yang from ying and wei,but also protect the middle energizer,soothe the liver and spleen,dredge the qi and blood of the whole body.This article expounds Professor Chen’s experience in clinical application of Guizhi Decoction from the three aspects of yingwei,spleen and stomach,and liver and gallbladder,and provides ideas for treatment.
