艾灸治疗胃肠疾病的研究进展

艾灸是中医最具特色的治疗方式,其独有的温通、药物和光辐射效应,在人体“扶正固本、疏通经络”方面,发挥着显著的作用,为中华民族数千年的繁衍昌盛做出了巨大贡献。胃肠等消化道疾病是人类腹痛的最常见原因,现代医学虽然对其病理生理研究充分,但治疗往往多针对局部且方式单一,导致疗效有限且反复发作,严重影响人们日常生活。现代医学精准的分子实验研究表明,艾灸在治疗疾病时发挥的远红外温通、艾烟药能以及近红外光能这三个方面的机制可以得到有效数据支撑,作为传统医学精华的艾灸能与现代医学形成有益互补。文献查询可知,目前艾灸在消化道疾病中作用的研究相对分散,该文尝试就中医传统艾灸在消化道疾病中的最新研究进展做一综述,并从创新性应用角度对艾灸的治疗消化道疾病的前景提出展望。

moxibustion is the most characteristic treatment modality of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)due to its unique effects of Wentong,medicines and light radiation,which plays a significant role in“”Fuzheng Guben and Shutong Jingluo“”in the human body and contributes greatly to the thousands of years of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)propagation.Gastrointestinal diseases,such as gastrointestinal,are the most common cause of abdominal pain in humans,and modern medicine,although well studied for their pathophysiology,treatment tends to be mostly local and single modality,resulting in limited efficacy and recurrent attacks,which seriously affect people’s daily life.Molecular experimental studies for precision in modern medicine show that the mechanism of moxibustion,which involves three aspects:far infrared heat pass,smoke drug energy and near-infrared light energy,exerted by Moxibustion in treating diseases,can be supported by effective data,and moxibustion,which is the essence of traditional medicine,can form beneficial and complementary to modern medicine.Literature query reveals that current studies on the role of Moxibustion in digestive tract diseases are relatively scattered,and the article tries to make a review on the latest research progress of traditional moxibustion in digestive tract diseases in traditional Chinese medicine and puts forward an outlook on the prospect of moxibustion for the treatment of digestive tract diseases from the perspective of innovative application.
