基于陈潮祖“膜腠三焦”学说探讨高血压发病机制

Discussion on the Treatment of Hypertension based on the Theory of CHEN Chaozu “Triple Energizer Composed by Membrane and Striae ”

陈潮祖教授是我国当代著名方剂学大家,从事中医临床、教育、科研工作近60年,其代表作《中医治法与方剂》在学术界影响深远。在他诸多学术创见中,“膜腠三焦”学说是其重要的学术理论之一。该学说系统阐述了三焦由膜原和腠理组成,膜原是筋膜的延续,心系脉管由肝所主,亦归属于膜腠三焦的创新理论。该理论对临床指导疾病治疗具有重要价值。高血压作为心脑血管疾病发生的首要危险因素,其基本病变部位主要在血和脉。膜腠三焦通调气津、主司气化的功能失常可直接导致脉内血容量增加、血液成分改变而引起血压升高。脉管归属于膜腠三焦范畴,当膜腠三焦发生病理改变时,脉管自身发生痉挛,容受性降低,阻力增大致使血压升高。在治疗上可通调膜腠三焦津气,恢复气化功能,治水以治血;舒缓脉管,调脉以降压。

CHEN Chaozu is a famous contemporary expert in formulas of Chinese medicine.He has been engaged in clinical,educational and scientific research of TCM for nearly 60 years.His representative work of “Therapeutic methods and prescriptions of traditional Chinese Medicine” has far-reaching influence in academic circles.Among his many academic ideas,the theory of “Triple Energizer composed by Membrane and Striae” is one of his important academic theories.It expounds the innovation theory that Trijiao composed of membrane and striae,membrane is the continuation of fascia,heart system dominated by the liver,also belongs to membrane and striae.This theory is of great value in guiding the treatment diseases.As the primary risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,hypertension is mainly in blood and veins.The dysfunction of the Trijiao regulating Qi and the gasification function will directly lead to the increase of blood volume in veins and the change of blood composition causing the increase of blood pressure.The vasculature belongs to the membrane and striae.When the pathological changes of the membrane and striae occur,the vasculature itself has spasm,the vasculature receptivity decreases,and the resistance increases leading to the increase of blood pressure.Treating it by making the membrane and striae Jin and Qi unobstructed,restoring gasification function,treat water to treat blood;relieving the vasculature,regulating the pulse to relieve blood pressure.
