基于“正气存内,邪不可干”论治心力衰竭的免疫损伤

Immune Injury in the Treatment of Heart Failure based on “Positive Qi Exists in the Body,Evil Can not be Done”

心力衰竭,是由于全身炎症反应、心脏的传导或结构异常等引起心脏组织损伤,导致心功能障碍的疾病。研究表明,心脏免疫损伤是引起心力衰竭发生发展的重要病理机制之一。文章阐释了“正气存内,邪不可干”中医内涵,概括了心力衰竭中医病机与治疗现状,以及在该理论框架下,证实通过调和营卫、气血、脾肾的方法能够调节心力衰竭的免疫损伤。为今后发掘中医药治疗心力衰竭提供重要参考价值和新的思路。

Heart failure is a disease that leads to cardiac dysfunction due to the damage of cardiac tissue caused by systemic inflammatory reaction,abnormal conduction or structure of the heart.Studies have shown that cardiac immune injury is one of the important pathological mechanisms that cause the occurrence and development of heart failure.This article explains the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine that “positive Qi is stored in the body,and evil cannot be done”,summarizes the pathogenesis and treatment status of heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine,and under this theoretical framework,it is confirmed that the immune damage of heart failure can be regulated by the method of harmonizing Ying Wei,Qi blood,spleen and kidney.It will provide important reference value and new ideas for exploring the treatment of heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
