基于“心-脑-肾轴”理论治疗冠心病的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Treating Coronary Heart Disease based on the Theory of "Heart-brain-kidney Axis"

冠心病为临床上常见的心血管疾病之一,属中医学胸痹的范畴,张艳教授通过长期的临床经验,提出了冠心病“心-脑-肾轴”理论,认为冠心病与心、脑、肾三者密切相关,总结了心、脑、肾三者的生理联系及三与冠心病的病理关系,并讨论冠心病不同发展阶段的治法及用药,在临床多次运用冠心病“心脑肾同调”的治疗方法,经临床观察,发现“心脑肾同调”的治疗方法在冠心病患者中疗效显著,该理论为中医诊疗冠心病开拓了更宽广的临床思路。

Coronary heart disease is one of the common clinical cardiovascular diseases,belonging to the category of chest palsy in traditional Chinese medicine,Professor ZHANG Yan through long-term clinical experience,put forward the theory of coronary heart disease “heart-brain-kidney axis”,believes that coronary heart disease is closely related to the heart,brain and kidney,summarizes the physiological relationship between the heart,brain and kidney and the pathological relationship between the three and coronary heart disease,and discusses the treatment and medication of different stages of development of coronary heart disease,and uses the treatment method of “cardio-cerebral and renal homology” for coronary heart disease for many times in clinical practice.The treatment method has a remarkable effect in patients with coronary heart disease,and this theory has opened up a broader clinical idea for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
