运用经方治疗骨关节炎的体会与实践

Experience and Practice of Treating Osteoarthritis with Classical Prescriptions

中医学将《伤寒杂病论》、《金匮要略》等所记载的方剂尊称为经方,亘古通今有效指导后世医家治疗各种外感及内伤疾病。骨关节炎归属于中医“骨痹”“痹病”“历节病”范畴,对于不同病因造成的骨痹,经方治疗行之效佳。部分经方如桂枝附子汤、当归四逆汤、木防己汤、麻黄杏仁薏苡甘草汤、防己黄芪汤及金匮肾气丸等治疗不同证型的痹病疗效显著,在减轻非甾体抗炎药和降低糖皮质激素不良反应等方面也取得了良好成效,优势愈发突出,值得更加深入的学习研讨。

In traditional Chinese medicine,the prescriptions recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases,Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,etc.are respected as the classic prescriptions,which have been effective in guiding later generations of physicians to treat various external and internal injuries.Osteoarthritis belongs to the category of “bone arthralgia” and “Bi disease” in traditional Chinese medicine.For bone arthralgia caused by different etiologies,classical prescription treatment is effective.Some classical prescriptions,such as Guizhi Fuzi decoction,Danggui Sini decoction,Mufangji decoction,Fangji Huangqi decoction,and Jinkui Shenqi pill,have significant curative effects in the treatment of different syndrome types of Bi disease,and are effective in alleviating non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and reducing the adverse effects of glucocorticoids.Good results have also been achieved in response,prevention and nursing,and the advantages have become more prominent,which is worthy of more in-depth study and discussion.
