Clinical Experience of Professor YANG Jun in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis by Acupuncture

杨骏教授临床上针灸治疗周围性面瘫的特色指导思想主要为“依经”“辨证”“重穴”;针刺治疗手法特色为突出运用滞针提拉、长针透经穴、健侧平衡对侧。取穴以阳明经为主,着重于针灸辨证论治,分期治疗,重点穴位为攒竹、阳白、太阳、颊车、颧髎、四白、迎香、牵正、翳风,临床疗效颇显著。

Professor YANG Jun’s clinical guiding ideology of acupuncture for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is mainly "according to the meridians","dialectics" and "taking acupuncture points seriously";the techniques of acupuncture treatment is characterized by the prominent use of sticking of needle lifting,long needle through the meridian point,and healthy side balance on the opposite side.Acupuncture is mainly based on the Yangming Meridians,focusing on acupuncture dialectical treatment,phased treatment,and the key acupuncture points are Cuanzhu,Yangbai,Taiyang,Jiache,Quanliao,Sibai,Yingxiang,Qianzheng,Yifeng,and the clinical effect is quite remarkable.
