Discussion on the Treatment of the Gynecological Diseases by ZHANG Huifang Based on "the Spleen is the Source of Phlegm Production"

该文介绍郑惠芳教授从“脾为生痰之源”出发,结合痰湿之邪致生妇科疾病的特点,以健脾化痰法论治妇科常见疾病的经验。郑老认为脾虚生痰、痰湿盛阻碍冲任及胞宫是痰湿导致妇科疾病的核心病机,并在疾病的发展过程中常伴有气虚、血虚、气滞、血瘀等致病因素。故临床诊治妇科疾病常以健脾法主导,以健脾益气、化湿祛湿为主要治法,同时重视脾与肝、肾的联系,扶正固本,标本兼治,在治疗中亦将儒家“天人合一”思想融会贯通,重视平素的调养摄生,精准辨证,疗效显著。

This paper introduces Professor ZHENG Huifang’s experience in treating common gynecological diseases by strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm,based on the characteristics of gynecological diseases caused by phlegm-dampness evil.Professor ZHENG Huifang believes that spleen deficiency leads to phlegm,and phlegm-dampness is abundant,which hinders Chong and Ren and uterus,which is the core pathogenesis of gynecological diseases caused by phlegm-dampness.In the process of disease development,it is often accompanied by pathogenic factors such as Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Therefore,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases is often dominated by the method of invigorating spleen.And the main therapeutic methods are invigorating spleen,replenishing Qi and eliminating dampness.At the same time,she attaches importance to the relationship between spleen,liver and kidney,strengthens the body resistance and treats both symptoms and root causes.During the treatment,she also integrates the Confucian thought of “harmony between man and nature”,attaches importance to daily aftercare and birth control,and makes accurate differentiation of symptoms and signs,with remarkable curative effect.
