近十年中医药治疗肺癌用药规律分析

Analysis of Drug Use Law of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Lung Cancer in Recent Ten Years

目的:通过对肺癌医案统计分析,探究中医药治疗肺癌用药规律。方法:检索2011—2021年中国知识资源总库(CNKI)中医药治疗肺癌相关医案,统计中药类别、单味药频次,性味归经并进行药物关联分析。结果:总计纳入305味药物,其中补气化痰清热类、寒性、甘苦辛味药物频次最高,药物归经多归肺、脾、胃经。结论:中医药治疗肺癌以补虚、健脾化痰、解毒消积、攻补兼施为主。

Objective:Through the statistical analysis of the medical records of lung cancer,to explore the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:From 2011 to 2021,the relevant medical records of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer with Chinese medicine were retrieved,and the types of Chinese medicines,the frequency of single herbs,and their properties and flavors were classified into meridians,and drug association analysis was carried out.Results:A total of 305 medicines were included,among which the frequency of tonifying Qi,resolving phlegm and clearing heat,cold,sweet,bitter and pungent was the highest,and most of the medicines belonged to the lung,spleen and stomach meridians.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer mainly focuses on invigorating deficiency,invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm,detoxifying and eliminating accumulation,and applying both attack and tonic.
