电针联合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病效果分析

Analysis of The Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Traction on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:探究电针联合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果分析及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:将100例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为试验组和对照组各50例,对照组采用牵引治疗,试验组在此基础上加用电针治疗,两组均治疗2周。比较治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛程度、生活质量、微炎症指标。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分、VAS评分、NPQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病可以提高临床疗效,缓解疼痛,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture combined with traction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods:100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into test group and control group with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with traction,and the test group was treated with electroacupuncture on this basis.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,quality of life,and micro inflammation indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medical syndrome integral,VAS score and NPQ score were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with traction can improve clinical efficacy,relieve pain,improve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which is worth popularizing.
