大别山片区慢性病现状调查及中医药健康干预高血压病效果评价

Investigation of Chronic Diseases in Dabie Mountain Area and Evaluation of Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Intervention on Hypertension

目的:了解安徽大别片区人群的慢性病患病现状,探讨中医药健康干预对高血压患者的效果。方法:采用整群随机抽样,对安徽大别片区居民村常住居民共210人进行调查研究。选择样本人群中的73例高血压病人进行健康干预12个月,其中对照组给予高血压防治相关知识宣教,干预组在对照组基础上予以中医健康干预。结果:慢性病患病情况:高血压病73人,糖尿病40人,冠心病85人,慢性支气管炎74人,中风48人,血脂异常75人。患病人群与非患病人群在年龄、受教育程度、家庭人口、生活习惯等方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组经过干预后的血压、高血压防治知识知晓情况、自我行为管理情况、服药依从性及生活质量情况方面明显改善。且相较于对照组,干预组在血压、高血压防治知识知晓情况、自我行为管理情况、临床症状、睡眠情况及心理精神方面改善明显。结论:在基层对高血压人群开展中医药健康干预具有积极的作用,是一种有效、可行的基层健康干预形式。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of chronic diseases in Dabie area of Anhui Province,and to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)health intervention on hypertension patients.Methods:Cluster random sampling was used to investigate 210 permanent residents in Dabie district,Anhui Province.Seventy-three hypertensive patients in the sample population were selected for health intervention for 12 months.The control group was given hypertension prevention and control related knowledge education,and the intervention group was given TCM health intervention on the basis of the control group.Results:There were 73 cases of hypertension,40 cases of diabetes,85 cases of coronary heart disease,74 cases of chronic bronchitis,48 cases of stroke,and 75 cases of dyslipidemia.There were statistically significant differences in age,education level,family population and living habits between the affected population and the non-affected population (P < 0.05).After intervention,blood pressure,awareness of hypertension prevention and control knowledge,self-behavior management,medication compliance and quality of life were significantly improved in the intervention group.Compared with the control group,the intervention group had significant improvement in blood pressure,hypertension prevention and control knowledge,self-behavior management,clinical symptoms,sleep and psychology.Conclusion:It is an effective and feasible form of primary health intervention to carry out TCM intervention in the population with hypertension.
