高原地区利用法医昆虫学推断死亡时间2例

摘要 拉萨地区位于青藏高原中部,具有干燥、寒冷、紫外线强烈的典型高原气候特征,辖区内地域宽广、人口密度低、监控覆盖率较低。同时该地区尸食性蝇类多样性较为丰富,具有法医昆虫学实际应用的较大潜力,但长期以来该地区未有法医昆虫学实际应用的案例报道。随着国内外DNA分子技术在尸食性蝇类种类鉴定方面的成熟应用,其快速、精准的特点得到了法医昆虫学研究人员的青睐。因而,本文选择应用最为普遍的COI-658bp基因片段对拉萨地区2起实际案例中收集的昆虫学证据进行快速种类鉴定,并结合鉴定结果进行死亡时间推断,以探究高原地区法医昆虫学的实际应用。 Lhasa region is located in the middle of China’s Qinghai-Tibet plateau,holding a typical highland climate of dry,cold and intense ultraviolet light.That region is wide,of low population density and low surveillance coverage rate.Meanwhile,the diversity of necrophagous flies is abundant there,hence bringing forth a great potential for forensic entomology to play role into practical application.However,few cases have been there reported about using forensic entomological evidence to estimate the postmortem interval.With the mature application of DNA molecular technology into identifi cation of necrophagous fl ies,forensic entomological researchers are furnished a rapid and accurate tool to carry out their assignments.Therefore,COI-658bp genetic fragment,the most commonly used mitochondrial gene for identifi cation of necrophagous fl ies at home and overseas,was here related to adopt for rapid identifi cation of forensic entomological evidence from two death cases occurred in Lhasa area.With the identifi cation results,the postmortem interval was estimated about the deceased in the two cases.From this actual utilization of entomological evidence,the practical application of forensic entomology was accordingly discussed in plateau region,too.
