摘要
白细胞介素(IL)-25又称IL-17E,是IL-17细胞因子家族的一员,主要由上皮细胞和天然免疫细胞产生。IL-25可诱导上皮细胞和2型淋巴细胞中下游信号反应,从而启动、维持Ⅱ型免疫反应。IL-25在肾脏、肝脏、肺部和肠道等组织损伤修复中发挥重要的作用。本文综述了IL-25通过调控不同的信号通路对组织损伤修复的作用研究进展。
Interleukin(IL)-25,also known as IL-17E,is a member of the IL-17 cytokine family,which is mainly produced by epithelial cells and natural immune cells.IL-25 can induce signal response in the middle and lower reaches of epithelial cells and type 2 lymphocytes,thus initiating and maintaining typeⅡimmune response.IL-25 plays an important role in the repair of kidney,liver,lung and intestine injury.This article reviews the research progress of IL-25 on tissue damage repair through regulating different signal pathways.
