摘要
随着3D打印技术的不断发展,3D打印技术在神经外科中的应用越来越广泛,包括颅脑损伤后术后颅骨修补及颅内肿瘤、脑血管疾病、功能神经外科。应用影像后处理软件多模态融合技术可重建颅内病灶及其病灶周围神经和血管,将重建的模型应用3D技术打印出来,可优化手术方案,模拟手术入路。本文对3D打印技术在神经外科各个亚专业领域中的应用研究进展进行综述。
With the continuous development of 3D printing technology,3D printing technology is more and more widely used in neurosurgery,including cranial repair after craniocerebral injury and the treatment of intracranial tumor,cerebrovascular disease and functional neurosurgery.The multi-mode fusion technology of image post-processing software can be used to reconstruct the intracranial lesions and the nerves and vessels around the lesions,the reconstructed model can be printed by 3D technology,which can optimize the surgical plan and simulate the surgical approach.This article will review the application of 3D printing technology in various sub-specialty fields of neurosurgery.
