摘要
植物精油具有很强的抗菌作用,将植物精油添加到多糖中有助于提高多糖膜的抑菌性,延迟精油的挥发释放,从而制备控释抗菌活性包装。文章就多糖-精油复合膜的研究现状、添加植物精油对多糖膜的性能和结构的影响、精油的控释技术以及在果蔬保鲜中的应用现状进行了综述,并对存在的问题和发展趋势进行了讨论,以期为多糖-精油复合膜的发展方向提供参考。
Plant essential oil has a strong antibacterial effect,adding plant essential oil to chitosan can improve the antibacterial property of chitosan film,delay the volatile release of essential oil,and prepare controlled-release antibacterial active packaging.This paper reviewed the research status of polysaccharide-essential oil composite film,the effect of adding plant essential oil on the performance and structure of polysaccharide film,the controlled-release technology of essential oil and its application in fruit and vegetable preservation and discussed the existing problems and development trend.It is expected to provide a reference for the development direction of polysaccharide essential oil composite film.
