热喷涂基体表面喷砂预处理研究现状及发展趋势

Research Status and Development Trend of Sandblasting Pretreatment of Substrate Surface by Thermal Spraying

简要阐述热喷涂前喷砂预处理的原理、工艺特点、设备及常用砂料,总结了近年来喷砂预处理对热喷涂粒子沉积特性、表面粗糙度和结合强度、疲劳性能的影响以及喷砂标准的研究现状,最后指出发展自动化、标准完善、工艺复合、技术突破是热喷涂喷砂预处理未来的发展趋势。

The principle,process characteristics,equipment and common sand materials of sand blasting pretreatment before thermal spraying were briefly described.The effects of sand blasting pretreatment on the deposition characteristics,surface roughness,bonding strength and fatigue properties of hot-sprayed particles and the research status of sand blasting standards in recent years were summarized.Finally,it was pointed out that the development of automation,standard perfection,process compounding and technology breakthrough were the future development trends of thermal spray sandblasting pretreatment.
