摘要
在零件制造过程中设置预备热处理工序,能够有效改善零件的机械加工性能,减小工件内部应力,以及为其最终热处理提供良好的组织形态。首先探讨了正火等预备热处理工艺理论,并对ZG310-570船用大尺寸齿轮热处理后表面裂纹现象进行检测分析,开展了消除零件调质后表面裂纹现象的策略研究。结果表明,在两种可能有效的方案中,最终采用高温正火+正火+调质的预备热处理组合方案,经过试验验证并解决了该批次大尺寸齿轮热处理后表面裂纹问题。
Setting up the preparatory heat treatment process in the manufacturing process of the parts can effectively improve the machining performance of the parts,reduce the internal stress of the workpiece,and provide a good microstructure for the final heat treatment.Firstly,the theory of heat treatment technology for normalizing was discussed,and the phenomenon of surface crack after heat treatment of ZG310-570 marine large size gear was analyzed,the strategy of eliminating the surface crack phenomenon after tempering was studied.The results show that in the two possible effective schemes,the preparation heat treatment combination scheme of high temperature normalizing normalizing tempering is adopted,and the surface crack problem of the batch of large size gear after heat treatment is verified and solved by test.
