数字经济发展对长三角产业结构优化的空间效应

The Spatial Effect of Digital Economy Development on Industrial Structure Optimization in the Yangtze River Delta

“长三角”是引领我国区域经济一体化高质量发展的龙头地区。立足于国家创新驱动发展和加快发展现代产业体系战略,重点研究长三角一体化背景下数字经济发展同产业结构优化之间的关系。通过梳理已有研究发现数字经济主要是通过产业数字化和数字产业化路径来推动产业结构实现高效化和高级化,两条路径共同优化要素配置促进产业结构合理化。在此基础上,选取2010—2019年长三角地区41个地级以上城市的面板数据,重点实证分析了数字经济发展对产业结构优化的空间效应,并检验了以2015年为界,长三角一体化战略深化前后的时空异质性。文章的边际贡献在于丰富了已有的关于长三角一体化、数字经济发展驱动产业结构优化等问题的研究,为长三角及其他地区在区域经济一体化背景下推动以数字经济驱动产业结构优化提供实证支撑。

The “Yangtze River Delta” takes a leading role in the high-quality development of regional economic integration in China. Based on the national innovation driven development strategy and accelerating the development of modern industrial system, this paper focuses on the relationship between the development of digital economy and the optimization of industrial structure in the Yangtze River Delta. This paper finds that the digital economy mainly promotes the industrial structure to achieve high efficiency and upgrading through industrial digitalization and digital industrialization, and both paths jointly optimize the allocation of factors and promote the rationalization of industrial structure.On this basis, this paper selects the panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2010 to 2019 to demonstrate the spatial effect of digital economic development, and tests the spatial-temporal heterogeneity before and after the deepening of the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy in 2015. The marginal contribution of this paper is to enrich the existing research on the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the optimization of industrial structure driven by the development of digital economy, and provide empirical support for the Yangtze River Delta and other regions to promote the optimization of industrial structure driven by digital economy under the circumstances of regional economic integration.
