新时代民族院校铸牢中华民族共同体意识路径探析——基于人才培养视角

Analysis of the Sense of Chinese National Community in the New Era:Perspective Based on Professional Training

人才培养是高等教育的基本职能。民族院校铸牢中华民族共同体意识充分体现在培养具有坚定的中华民族共同体意识和良好的建设中华民族共同体能力的人才方面。从历史依据来看,民族院校在坚守培养民族团结进步人才目标、坚持民族团结进步教育内容和保障各民族平等受教育权中均呈现出铸牢中华民族共同体意识的历史方位。进入新时代,民族院校人才培养面临“两个大局”的内外部新形势;时代变革也引发了民族院校人才培养定位在“德”与“才”取向之间的张力与抉择;而思想政治教育作为民族院校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育主阵地,在新时代背景下也面临着世代更替、内容滞后、方式单一等现实挑战。为此,新时代民族院校人才培养要通过增进“五个认同”意识,打造人才培养“两支队伍”;深化民族团结进步教育,注重专业培养与政治教育有机结合;创新思政教育模式,优化铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育方式等路径,为铸牢各民族大学生中华民族共同体意识提供长效支持。

The sense of Chinese national community is fully reflected in cultivating professionals with a high sense of Chinese national community and the ability to build the Chinese nation community.From the historical perspective,ethnic colleges and universities have shown the historical position of solidifying the sense of Chinese national community in safeguarding the goal of cultivating professionals for ethnic unity and progress,adhering to education on ethnic unity and progress,and ensuring the equal right to education of all ethnic groups.In the new era,professional training of ethnic colleges and universities is facing the new internal and external situation of“two overall situations”.The changing era has caused the controversy of the transformation and development of ethnic colleges,and the core issue is the tension and choice between the professional training orientation of“virtue”and“capability”.Ideological and political education,as the main base for the education of the sense of the Chinese national community,is also facing practical challenges such as generation replacement,content delay and single mode under the background of the new era.Therefore,the professional cultivation of ethnic colleges and universities in the new era should cultivate“two teams”of professional training by enhancing the sense of“five identities”;deepen education on ethnic unity and progress,and combine professional training with political education;innovate the mode of ideological and political education,and optimize paths including education mode of building the Chinese national community sense,and provide long-term support for building the sense of the Chinese national community among college students of all ethnic groups.
