摘要
国际中文教育承担着以文载道、以文传声、以文化人的职责。当前德国中文教育的体系完整且覆盖面广泛,其结构具有多元交织叠加特征,在促进中德人文交流方面,具有推动学习者对中华文化的认识与了解、深化中德之间的商贸往来和经济合作、优化教育合作、师资培养与跨文化传播等功能。然而在现实发展中也存在一定困境,包括在学人员基数和规模成为人文交流的发展桎梏、拓展空间和资源有限增加了人文交流推广难度、教师数量和师资水平限制了人文交流的功能发挥。其发展路径主要通过建设多元交织叠加体系推动各方对教学的支持、展示文化魅力的同时重视技术优化和学制规范、不断优化具体的教学过程性要素及人员配置等。
International Chinese language education undertakes the responsibility of promoting the truth,delivering the voices and cultivating the people.The present Chinese language education system in Germany is complete and widely-adopted,its structure has multiple interwoven superposition characteristics,and it boasts functions in various aspects including promoting people-to-people exchanges,promoting learners’acknowledgement and understanding of Chinese culture,deepening the trade and economic cooperation between China and Germany,optimizing education cooperation,teacher training and cross-cultural communication.However,there are also some difficulties in the practical development,including the base and scale of students having become the obstacles of the development of people-to-people exchanges,lack of interest and poor resources increasing the difficulty of promoting people-to-people exchanges,limitation of the number of teachers and the qualities of teachers.Mainly through obtaining multiple support,its development path can jointly build a multi-interwoven superposition system,display the cultural feature while paying attention to technology optimization and school system norms,and constantly optimize the specific teaching process elements and personnel allocation.
