局部锈蚀单角钢轴心受压稳定承载力分析

摘要 利用有限元分析软件对局部锈蚀单角钢构件进行建模,分析了锈蚀位置、锈蚀率、长细比等因素对单角钢构件轴心受压稳定承载力的影响。根据分析结果,提出了铁塔主材锈蚀的处理方案,并结合工程实例进行计算分析以确定最优方案。 The locally corroded single angle members are modelled using the finite element analysis software,and the influence of the factors such as corrosion location,corrosion rate and slenderness ratio on the stability capacity of single angle members under axial compression is analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the treatment scheme for the corrosion of the main materials of the steel tower is put forward,and the optimal scheme is determined by calculating and analyzing combining with the engineering example.
