摘要
观察分析了超临界循环流化床锅炉氧化皮脱落位置,对比了压缩空气吹扫及水冲洗两种方法的清理效果。对水冲洗方法加以改进,设计了氧化皮闭式水冲洗系统。实践证明,该系统48 h内可完成氧化皮的水冲洗清理,缩短了检修周期,提高了机组启动安全性。
The oxide scale shedding position of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler is observed and analyzed,and the cleaning effects of compressed air purging and water flushing are compared.The water flushing method is improved and the closed water flushing system to remove oxide scale is designed.It is proved by practice that the system can complete the water flushing and cleaning of oxide scale within 48 hours,so that the maintenance cycle is shortened and the startup safety of the generating unit is improved.
