The digitization capability tag is studied,the digitization capability tag system based on the job position and actual work task is designed,and the digitization capability tag is applied comprehensively in learners,examination and evaluation and online learning resources.The examination and evaluation assistant analysis system is constructed,and the learning capability analysis reports are automatically generated applying artificial intelligence and big data technology,so as to solve the problems of unclear learning objectives of learners and inaccurate recommendation of learning resources.
