核能总承包项目质量保证体系探究

Through the research on the nuclear power plants quality assurance safety regulations and quality management system standards,this paper discusses the differentiated management methods of quality assurance system of nuclear energy EPC projects,studies the differentiated management and control measures of quality assurance elements in the field of design,procurement,construction and installation management,as well as supplier qualification and contract sections,analyzes their management risks,and realizes the investment of high-quality and sufficient resources into the core key work,effectively guarantee the project quality and improve the comprehensive benefits.
