黑骨藤药材质量标准提升研究

Study on the Improvement of the Quality Standard of Periploca Forrestii

目的:进一步提升黑骨藤药材的质量标准。方法:显微镜下观察黑骨藤药材粉末的显微特征;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对黑骨藤药材进行鉴别;按照《中国药典》(2020年版)四部通则相关方法,测定黑骨藤中的水分、总灰分、浸出物。结果:显微特征明显易见;薄层鉴别方法专属性强,在与对照品色谱相同的位置上显相同颜色的斑点;水分含量为8.8%~12.3%,平均值为10.35%;总灰分含量为8.7%~12.3%,平均值为10.25%;浸出物含量为4.8%~7.2%,平均值为5.84%。结论:在水分含量不得过13.0%、总灰分不得过12.5%、浸出物含量不少于5.0%的制备条件下,所制备的供试品溶液鉴别斑点最清晰,质量标准更完善。

Objective:To further improve the quality standard of Periploca forrestii.Methods:The microscopic characteristics of P.forrestii powder were observed under the microscope.The P.forrestii was identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC).The water,total ash and extract in P.forrestiii were determined according to the four general principles of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020Edition).Results:The microscopic characteristics are obvious and easy to see;The TLC identification method has strong specificity,showing spots of the same color at the same position as the reference substance;The moisture content is 8.8%~12.3%,with an average value of 10.35%;The total ash content is8.7%~12.3%,with an average value of 10.25%;the extract content is 4.8%~7.2%,with a flat value The average value is 5.84%.Conclusion:The proposed moisture content shall not exceed 13.0%,the total ash content shall not exceed 12.5%,and the extract content shall not be less than 5.0%.
