冰酥肿痛酊对闭合性髌骨骨折术前肿痛临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Bingsu Zongtong Tincture on Swelling and Pain Before Closed Patella Fracture

目的:探讨冰酥肿痛酊对闭合性髌骨骨折术前肿胀疼痛的临床疗效,为其临床使用推广提供试验依据。方法:自2020年1月至2021年7月,共收集60例符合要求的髌骨骨折患者,按照随机数字表分为冰酥肿痛酊组30例和雪上花搽剂组30例。收集两组受试者消肿率、消肿总有效率及疼痛VAS评分方面的相关数据。结果:两组患者在患膝、病因类型、入院时肿胀程度、年龄以及性别的统计数据方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验具有可比性。在治疗前、治疗后第2天及第4天记录数据,比较观察指标,其中,患肢疼痛评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第4天试验组与对照组肿胀疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在止痛及消肿疗方面,冰酥肿痛酊疗效优于雪上花搽剂,冰酥肿痛酊是对于髌骨骨折术前治疗的有效消肿止痛手段。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bingsu Zongtong Tincture on the swelling and pain of closed patella fracture before operation,and to provide experimental basis for its clinical use and promotion.Methods:From January 2020to July 2021,a total of 60patients with patellar fracture who passed the requirements were collected.According to the random number table,they were divided into Bingsu Zongtong Tincture group(n=30)and Xuehua liniment group(n=30).Data of detumescence rate,total effective rate of detumescence and VAS score were collected.Results:There was no significant difference in the statistical data of knee,etiology type,swelling degree on admission,age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the experiment was comparable.In terms of observation indicators,there was a statistically significant difference in the pain score of the affected limb(P<0.05)compared with the data recorded before treatment,the second and the fourth day after treatment.On the 4th day after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in swelling efficacy between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and a statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of analgesia and detumescence treatment,Bingsu Zongtong Tincture has a better efficacy than Xuehua liniment,which is an effective means of detumescence and analgesia for the preoperative treatment of patella fracture.
