摘要
彭清华教授在对视网膜静脉阻塞辨证论治的基础上,佐以活血利水法,取得了较好的疗效;其用药特色是依据生地黄养阴祛瘀、虫类药无所不达之性、车前子利水明目之功用以治疗黄斑囊样水肿。总结彭清华教授应用活血利水法治疗视网膜静脉阻塞所致黄斑囊样水肿的临证经验。
This paper describes Professor Peng Qinghua\s experience in treating cystoid macular edema caused by retinal vein occlusion by promoting blood circulation and diuresis.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment of retinal vein occlusion,Professor Peng used the method of promoting blood circulation and diuresis.In terms of medication characteristics,the treatment of cystoid macular edema is based on the functions of Rehmannia glutinosa,nourishing yin and removing blood stasis,insect drugs and Plantago asiatica for diuresis and eyesight,and has achieved good curative effect.
