“一源三岐”在针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的运用初探

The Use of“Yi Yuan San Qi”in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

任督冲三脉同起于胞中,又同出于会阴而异行,故被称作“一源三岐”。督脉经筋主要走行于人体背部脊柱上,任脉行于人体腹部正中,冲脉行于脊内,经脉之经筋受邪时会出现经筋病症。一源三岐理论指导在针刀治疗腰痹病具有明显优势,通过寻找、刺激、治疗任、督、冲三条经脉经筋结点,可以对腰痹病有一定的治疗作用,现将运用机理及临床验案总结如下,以飨读者,并为针刀治疗腰痹病的理论探析及临床实践抛砖引玉。

Ren chong three veins from the cell,and from the Yin and different line,so it is called“yi yuan san qi”.The meridian tendon mainly goes on the back spine of the human body,let the veins travel in the middle of the human abdomen,the veins travel in the spine,the meridians will appear.The theory has obvious advantages,through finding,stimulation,treatment,supervision,blunt,the use mechanism and clinical examination is summarized as follows,to war readers;and for the theoretical analysis and treatment of lumbar pain and clinical practice.
