倾斜角度对巷道输送带火灾影响的数值模拟研究

摘要 为研究倾斜角度对巷道输送带火灾温度分布及烟气蔓延的影响规律,采用FDS模拟软件建立巷道模型,研究0.5、1 MW火源功率下,不同倾斜角度对巷道顶棚温度分布和衰减规律、输送带火灾燃烧特性以及烟气蔓延的影响。结果表明:上行通风时,巷道倾斜角度越大,同一位置顶棚温度越低,顶棚温度变化呈指数式衰减,衰减系数k与倾斜角度为线性相关关系;相同火源功率下,倾斜角度越大,输送带燃烧距离越长;随着巷道倾斜角度增加,烟气逆流长度逐渐减小,倾斜角度由0°增加到10°,0.5 MW火源功率下烟气逆流长减小0.9 m,1 MW火源功率下烟气逆流长度减小0.8 m。 In order to study the influence of inclination angle on the fire temperature distribution and smoke spread of roadway conveyor belt,the roadway model was established by FDS simulation software to study the influence of different inclination angle on the temperature distribution and attenuation law of roadway roof,the fire combustion characteristics of conveyor belt and smoke spread under 0.5 MW and 1 MW fire source power.The results show that the larger the inclined angle of the roadway,the lower the roof temperature at the same position,the change of roof temperature decays exponentially,and the attenuation coefficient k was linearly related to the inclined angle;under the same fire power,the greater the inclination angle,the longer the combustion distance of the conveyor belt;with the increase of roadway inclination angle,the flue gas countercurrent length gradually decreases,and the inclination angle increases from 0°to 10°.The flue gas countercurrent length decreases by 0.9 m under0.5 MW fire source power and 0.8 m under 1 MW fire source power.
