摘要
煤矿瓦斯治理过程中,瓦斯赋存情况能否准确掌握,直接影响着瓦斯防治效果。针对发耳煤矿高突低透气性煤层瓦斯赋存特点,引进优化改进后的可拆卸定点取样装置进行现场对比试验,以寻得适用13_(-2)^(#)煤层的最佳取样方式,保证取样的有效性,提高瓦斯含量测定的准确性。在同等条件下,通过改变取样钻孔倾角,发现上向孔取样效果优于下向孔,且取样钻孔倾角过大时,取样效果明显降低;在同等条件下,通过改变取样深度,发现随着取样深度的增加,取样效果逐渐降低,当取样深度大于100 m时,所取煤样不能有效保证瓦斯含量测定所需煤样。同时,为了保证可拆卸定点取样装置取样的最大效果,取样钻孔设计应考虑压风管风压、钻孔倾角和取样深度,取样过程中应保证钻杆-钻杆、钻杆-尾辫之间的密封性。
In the process of coal mine gas control,whether the occurrence of gas can be accurately grasped directly affects the effect of gas control.In view of the gas occurrence characteristics of the high outburst and low permeability coal seams in Faer coal mine,an optimized and improved detachable fixed-point sampling device was introduced to conduct field comparison tests to find the best sampling method for the No.13_(-2)coal seam and ensure the effectiveness of sampling,Improve the accuracy of gas content determination.Under the same conditions,by changing the sampling hole inclination,it is found that the sampling effect of the upward hole is better than that of the downward hole,and when the sampling hole inclination is too large,the sampling effect is significantly reduced;under the same conditions,by changing the sampling depth,it is found that as the sampling depth increases,the sampling effect gradually decreases.When the sampling depth is greater than 100 m,the coal sample taken cannot effectively guarantee the coal sample required for gas content determination.At the same time,in order to ensure the maximum sampling effect of the detachable fixed-point sampling device,the design of the sampling borehole should consider the air pressure of the air pressure pipe,the inclination of the borehole and the sampling depth.The tightness between.
