摘要
在突出单一中厚煤层瓦斯抽采过程中,封孔质量是影响钻孔抽采效果的关键因素。针对普通封孔工艺在瓦斯抽采过程中存在的问题,介绍了囊袋式全程下筛管带压封孔技术的基本原理,在试验区对2种封孔工艺及抽采效果进行了试验,对比分析得出:囊袋式全程下筛管带压封孔技术从钻孔施工到封孔连抽能够满足现场瓦斯抽采需要;连抽之后无论是单孔还是整体上抽采效果显著提高,抽采浓度、抽采纯量提高,瓦斯衰减周期延长,为下一步瓦斯钻孔封孔提供指导。
In the process of gas drainage in single medium thick coal seam with outburst,the quality of hole sealing is the key factor affecting the effect of borehole drainage.In view of the problems of ordinary hole sealing technology in the process of gas drainage,introduces the basic principle of bag type whole process lower screen pipe pressure sealing technology,tests two kinds of hole sealing technology and drainage effect in the test area,and makes a comparative analysis.It is concluded that the bag type whole process lower screen pipe pressure sealing technology can meet the needs of on-site gas drainage from drilling construction to hole sealing and continuous drainage;after continuous pumping,both single hole and overall pumping effect are significantly improved,pumping concentration and pure amount are improved,and gas attenuation cycle is prolonged,providing guidance for hole sealing of gas drilling in the next step.
